How we research, how we score, and what we will and won't claim.
This page explains exactly how our reviews are made, so you can judge how much weight to give them.
Each review carries a rating out of five. The score reflects ingredient quality, value, honesty of the manufacturer's marketing, real-world feedback and how well the product matches its claims — not how much commission it pays. A product that genuinely helps a specific person earns a high score even if it isn't for everyone; a product with weak evidence or misleading marketing is marked down regardless of payout.
We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This funds the site. Our commission does not change based on the rating we give, so it does not bias our verdicts. See our full disclaimer for medical and liability details.
If we get something wrong, we want to fix it. Email or message us (see contact) with the page and the issue, and we will review, update or retract as needed.
