How we research, how we score, and what we will and won't claim.

This page explains exactly how our reviews are made, so you can judge how much weight to give them.

How we research a product

• We study the published research behind the active ingredients, not just the manufacturer's claims.
• We read real customer feedback across multiple independent sources, including negative reviews.
• We identify the genuine downsides: side effects, interactions, allergy risks, taste, time-to-effect and price.
• We write for the reader's decision, not the manufacturer's sales page.

How we score

Each review carries a rating out of five. The score reflects ingredient quality, value, honesty of the manufacturer's marketing, real-world feedback and how well the product matches its claims — not how much commission it pays. A product that genuinely helps a specific person earns a high score even if it isn't for everyone; a product with weak evidence or misleading marketing is marked down regardless of payout.

What we will not do

• We will not claim any supplement is "FDA approved." No dietary supplement is — the FDA does not approve supplements.
• We will not invent testimonials or fabricate results.
• We will not use false scarcity or fake countdown timers.
• We will not make disease-treatment or guaranteed-outcome claims.
• We will not hide a product's risks to make a sale.
